Behind the magenta brick walls and iron doors of his corporate fortress, the evil Warlord Aethelric Barney is hard at work making the lives of the leaderless Frydarians a living hell. His latest scheme? Creating four of the most debilitating diseases to destroy the Dragons and their friends in hiding. Organizing the smartest of his minions like Viceroy Brutus Canor and the mercenary Cryptolocker, Lord Barney explains his plan of sorting RNA strands into complete viruses to them and a little Gremling eavesdropper with a big dream: you. With nothing to lose, you volunteer yourself only to be met with jokes at your expense from the others...except Lord Barney himself. Instead of laughing, he offers you the opportunity of a lifetime: if you can suit up and go above and beyond the bioweapon manufacturing quotas achieved by the other minions, then you can lead the Bioweapons team and get the last laugh.

In Lord Barney's Listeria Hysteria, it's you against the corporate bureaucracy. Drop, twist, and sort colorful viral RNA blocks into groups of three or more of the same type to meet and excel beyond your bioweapon quota. Use viral binders to ship off super viruses but beware of the quarantine walls that push your RNA blocks closer to the top and unleashing an epidemic. Unlike most puzzle games, Lord Barney's Listeria Hysteria features three modes of play: Gauntlet, where you sort and make as many viruses as you can until you cause an epidemic; Challenge, where you choke out your supervisors with your superior sickness synthesizing skills and the quarantine walls in a one-on-one duel for a better pay; and Multiplayer, where you can turn your viral aggression towards a friend (or soon-to-be-enemy) with a single keyboard and no networking necessary.
