Did some minor fixes while working on cutscenes and updating DarkWood Forest:

• Drops in the Iron Ghetto have been reduced at the behest of players
• A bug where required items no longer spawn when creating a new game was squashed
• The interaction radius for the lamps has been reduced to allow players to immediately use the fire breath after inspecting
• Brutus Canor's animations have been improved and he now looks at the player better

DarkWood Forest is being updated as we speak, as now Alois Ratatosky, Trollglodyte Swordsmen, and Pot Gremlings are have been updated. Cutscenes are a pain, however.
